Established in 2019, Zero Carbon Group is a certified retrofit contractor and energy efficiency specialist. We help housing associations, local authorities and tier 1 contractors create warmer, greener homes across the North of England and the Midlands.
We are a multi-service energy efficiency and renewable energy solution provider, offering a ‘whole house’ approach to energy efficiency.
We work with energy companies, local authorities, housing associations, managing agents and public sector bodies to deliver energy efficient and renewable measures to homes and public spaces across the UK.

What We Do
We deliver insulation, low-carbon heating, solar PV and EV charging as part of complete whole-home retrofit programmes.
Insulation
We help to keep homes warm by improving thermal efficiency through the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), Loft Insulation and other insulation solutions.
Air Source Heat Pumps
We help to reduce the reliance on harmful fossil fuels whilst lowering energy bills, by installing renewable Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) heating systems in homes across the UK.
Solar PV Panels
We help to increase the use of pollution-free solar energy and reduce the use of fossil fuels through the installation of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) panels.
EV Chargers
We help to remove carbon emissions from our roads and promote the use of electricity as fuel by installing Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers in homes and public spaces across the UK through support from various schemes.

Zero Carbon Group were appointed to support us in the completion of a number of schemes which involved works to terraced and semi-detached homes of non-traditional concrete panel construction. The objective was to carry out extensive exterior enveloping works including installation of EWI and some internal alterations to improve energy efficiency and comfort for the occupants. Throughout this process, Zero Carbon Group proved they could deliver safely, on time, to specification and in accordance with budget.
